Sarah Fye is a Scottsdale-based real estate advisor who specializes in helping investors buy, sell, and grow short-term rental portfolios, often utilizing 1031 exchanges. With Midwest roots and real estate experience spanning both Florida and Arizona, including hands-on work in short-term rental property management, she works with new and seasoned investors to analyze opportunities using custom pro formas.

Sarah began her real estate career in Orlando in 2003 and later obtained her Arizona license, building a practice that serves Scottsdale, Phoenix, the East Valley, and Sedona. Along the way, she built and ran a concierge department for a short-term rental property management company, giving her a firsthand understanding of what makes these investments perform. Many clients work with her repeatedly as their portfolios grow, valuing her ability to explain tax strategies like cost segregation and bonus depreciation and their impact on returns. And of course she is always ready to help clients with their primary residences as well.

Throughout Sarah’s career she has placed among top-producing agents, including the top 1% in Orlando and the top 5% in Arizona. She consistently earns top recognition at the prestigious Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty, including 2025 Chairman’s Board. More importantly, she has advised clients whose portfolios have generated millions of dollars in revenue.

Outside of real estate, Sarah enjoys hiking local mountains, lake days with her husband and friends, enjoying meals on sunny patios and traveling the US and internationally.
