After lighting up the real estate scene in Orlando in 2003 then obtaining my Arizona license in 2021, I am a pro at finding clients their dream home or perfect investment, while keeping things like Return on Investment and other financial terms easy to understand. My clients seeking a primary residence have expressed their appreciation of my “investor” mindset as I point out items to consider for resale, because let’s be honest, we aren’t buying “forever” homes very often!

My genuine concern for my clients has led to my consistent ranking among top agents, including a spot in the top 100 of 10,000 agents in Orlando and in the top 2,200 of 55,000 Arizona agents in 2023. As a proud member of the prestigious Russ Lyon Sotheby's International Realty, I specialize in Scottsdale and surrounding areas with a focus on helping clients buy, sell and 1031 exchange investment properties. Creating custom pro formas to help meet investment goals is a true passion of mine.
